Emily K. Graham is Global Chief Equity & Impact Officer at Omnicom Group, a Fortune 250 marketing communications conglomerate. She advances systemic equity across the holding company’s global network of 1,500 agencies and 80,000 employees, leading a team of 60 dedicated DE&I professionals worldwide. An award-winning corporate communications practitioner and client leader, Emily leads the company’s strategy to engage stakeholders in Omnicom’s DE&I story while counseling an array of Omnicom’s largest clients.
Previously, Emily was at global PR firm, FleishmanHillard, as the first Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer in the company’s 75-year history. A recognized business leader, she was also Senior Partner and member of the firm’s executive leadership team. In February 2020, she founded True MOSAIC; a global award-winning communications consultancy dedicated to driving DE&I to the center of corporate strategy. Prior to that, she led the firm’s professional and financial services practice in the Americas.
Her career ascent has been profiled by LinkedIn, Forbes and Essence. She has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by PRWeek and Crain’s New York Business. Most recently she was honored as one of the Most Influential Diversity & Inclusion Executives in America by Savoy Magazine.
Emily is an adjunct professor at The University of Oklahoma, active board member and advisor to numerous organizations including Syracuse, Georgetown and Howard Universities where she guest lectures and mentors. Additionally, she serves on the board of Forbes BLK, the Institute of Public Relations, American Advertising Federation, Cannes Can Diversity Collective and Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University.
She earned her Bachelors degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where she was recently honored as a Distinguished Alumni.
