Fastbreak Sports
Fastbreak Sports is a youth sports center in NYC where kids and teens build athletic skills, develop teamwork, and have fun! Their innovative coaching methods boost confidence and instill leadership skills that last a lifetime. They offer a variety of classes and programs, including cheer, dance, and basketball.

femcho*
The femcho* program was developed to promote confidence, leadership, health, and fitness among girls in a fun way. The workshop includes a dance and fitness segment with easy-to-follow moves to their favorite tunes, and a facilitated femcho* girl-talk, a discussion in which participants can reflect and bond in a safe and nurturing environment.
