The femcho* program was developed to promote confidence, leadership, health, and fitness among girls in a fun way. The workshop includes a dance and fitness segment with easy-to-follow moves to their favorite tunes, and a facilitated femcho* girl-talk, a discussion in which participants can reflect and bond in a safe and nurturing environment.
To book a workshop for your troop, contact Tina de Lemps at tina@femcho.com or call 516-987-3700.
Additionally, femcho* is currently offering a mini-grant to 5 Senior or Ambassador Girl Scouts actively working on their Gold Award who have an approved proposal in GoGold. This grant may be used to buy supplies needed for the implementation of their Gold Award Project. It will be awarded to those who meet all the requirements and will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Apply Now >
