Julissa S. Germosén is an award-winning tech executive, keynote speaker, board member, two-time entrepreneur, angel investor, and bestselling author.
Over the course of her 20-year career, she has led global teams and strategic initiatives that have generated more than $1B in business impact across companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, and high-growth startups.
She has launched global ecosystems, scaled digital transformation, and closed multimillion-dollar deals with clients including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, PwC, Accenture, NGOs, and government agencies worldwide. At Microsoft, she earned multiple awards as a top-performing leader and was consistently recognized for driving results through people, not just process.
From strategic alliances to product development and go-to-market execution, Julissa has worked at the intersection of innovation and impact. And she’s learned a truth most people overlook: the real ROI doesn’t come from the product or the platform—it comes from connection. Not just with your immediate team, but by collaborating across functions, partners, and customers to drive meaningful, sustained results. No matter how powerful the AI, it’s trust that turns tools into transformation.
Julissa’s insights have been featured on stages at TED, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, CME Group, TikTok, Etsy, and more. She has also testified before U.S. Senate legislators. Her TEDx Talk and bestselling book Latina Madrina challenge traditional power dynamics and urge leaders to stop chasing authority and start building relational capital.
A proud Rutgers alumna, Julissa is deeply committed to education and the Latiné community. She created the Latina Leadership Potential Award—the first scholarship at Rutgers University for a woman of Hispanic/Latine descent.
She is living proof that connection isn’t a soft skill. It’s your strongest strategy for growth.
