Meet Team Girl Scouts: Giuliana Leighty
My name is Giuliana. I’m a fashion designer and stylist living in New York City. When I’m not designing or styling, I love spending time with family and friends—or heading out for a run along the West Side Highway or through Central Park. The 2025 TCS NYC Marathon will be my very first full marathon.
Ever since I moved to NYC five years ago, Marathon Sunday has been a huge source of inspiration. This year, I’m beyond excited to finally be one of those runners—and even more honored to do it as part of the Girl Scouts of Greater New York team. I was a Girl Scout from Daisy through Junior (shoutout to Troop 4106!) and the experience helped shape who I am today. Representing an organization that empowered me, in the city I love, is a full-circle moment I’ll always cherish.
