Outdoor Classrooms are special camp activities led by our skilled counselors. Troops may choose to add up to two (2) Outdoor Classrooms to their camping experience for an additional fee.
Outdoor Classrooms are offered for Troop Camping experiences only. Itineraries for Day Trips, Overnight Themes, and Sleepaway Camp are organized in advance by our Camp Kaufmann staff.
Outdoor Classroom requests are submitted during your Troop Camping registration process. Requests will be approved by the Camp Director by two (2) weeks prior to your camping trip, pending weather conditions and staff availability. Troops may be grouped together for Outdoor Classroom experiences.
