Incident Report

Used to report any incident of note at a Girl Scouts meeting or event that could possibly require Council involvement. Incidents can include but are not limited to changes in troop leadership, personal conflict, etc.

Virtual Troop Incident Report

Used to report any incident of note during a virtual troop meeting that could possibly require Council involvement. Incidents can include but are not limited to changes in troop leadership, personal conflict, etc.

Accident/Injury Report

Used to report any injury or accident of note at a Girl Scouts meeting or event that could possibly require Council involvement.
