Adult Volunteer and Community Recognition Event

Please join us as we recognize our fantastic Leaders, Community Sponsors and Volunteers.

Cost of the event is $60 per person. This is a 5-Hour Event with Open Bar.

Payment must be submitted at the time of your reservation. No refunds will be issued.

Payments can be transferred to another individual. Transfers and namesubstitutions will be accepted until April 11, 2012. Please keep in mind that this is anadult only event.

Reservation deadline is April 2, 2012. A late fee of $10 will be applied toreservations received April 3, 2012 through April 9, 2012. No reservations will be accepted after April 9, 2012. There will be assigned seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating will be assigned in the order that reservations are received. If you wish to be seated withothers, the reservations must be submitted together. Tables accommodate 10 persons.
