Leader’s Weekend is a bi- annual event offered to all registered adults to come together for a fun- filled learning experience. The weekend takes place at our beautiful Camp Kaufmann. Participants have the opportunity to learn exciting new things, make new friends and share in the Girl Scouting experience. The variety of workshops offer unique and interesting topics designed to increase knowledge, help to practice new skills, provide opportunities for all to network and most importantly an opportunity for participants to have fun! Whether you’re interested in learning about troop program, environmental leadership, participating in yoga or Zumba, learning new crafts or songs, enhancing your outdoor skills, or simply relaxing by the lake with your favorite book. Come spend an enjoyable weekend networking with other Girl Scout adults.
Every Leader’s Weekend has a theme. This year’s theme is “Honoring the Past, Bridging to the Future”. Everyone is encouraged to dress in a costume from their favorite decade and participant in a parade as part of the Saturday night festivities.
We invite all Girl Scout adults to join in and create everlasting memories!
