Did you know that June is Great Outdoors Month? As the only all-urban council in America, we at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York take pride in ensuring that the girls we serve across the five boroughs have opportunities to explore the natural world around them.
Today, June 1, is Global Running Day, and we're challenging our girls to get outside and get moving! Girls can do that through bringing friends together for a game of tag, playing soccer or basketball, jumping rope, or going for a jog around the park.
